Brewhaus' 4" 6-Plate Sight Glass Complete Moonshine Still is made with sturdy, 9.25mm-thick glass for complete 360° viewing. This complete unit features 6 copper bubble plates for an effective, structured column packing that's perfect for reflux distillation. You can also remove the bubble plates as needed for pot distillation, making this column both powerful and versatile.

The 4" dephlegmator controls a large amount of vapor, allowing for fast distillation--even on high-purity runs, and the "shotgun" condenser condenses vapor so efficiently that it is able to keep up even on fast stripping runs. Our 6-Plate Sight Glass Complete Moonshine Still also comes with a built-in inline parrot for convenient and constant proof readings.

    High quality equipment

Posted by Jeffrey Albert on Sep 6th 2017

I did a lot of shopping before buying this still and I can easily say that this is by far the best value. It sets up quickly and produces very high quality alcohol. The glass flute lets you see the process and anticipate what comes next. On my very first run I was producing 190 proof. The beauty of this still is that it effectively separates the heads, hearts and tails, so you get yield and quality. Get the book and read it carefully, it tells you almost all you need to know on how to produce quality drink. Most of my friends who I've shared with agree that the unflavored (cut to 80 proof) alcohol coming from this is better than anything they have tasted. Brewhaus' customer service are very personable and helpful. One more thing -- don't forget to filter your product through activated carbon. That is the key to making smooth liquor.
