Ultimate Siphon. I'm sure this siphon will work just fine for the purpose I bought it. Don't get Me wrong, I like Beer and Wine, But I prefer Distilled Spirits. I have a Vevor push button temperature adjusting water distiller, And I intend to make Neutral Alcohol Wash. Thus the ultimate siphon. I'm sure it will work just fine. By the way, I bought Your book, " The Joy of Home Distilling ". Sincerely, Guy L. Fanning

Ultimate siphon. Works as described. Slight rusting if hose not removed and cleaned properly

Ultimate SiphonTM. Siphon works well, Hose was not rigid enough for me to use my transfer pump with hose, had to let it siphon in to kettle. Took a little longer, but worked.

Don't know what all the bad reviews are about!. I just got this siphon and used it immediately with absolutely no problems. Just prime it, put it in the liquid and have the output end lower than the input end on the SS cane. The tubing does kink when the hose is not full of liquid, but once this thing gets going the tubing holds up great. Maybe the bad reviews are from folks in need of a lesson in how a siphon functions...

Save money and buy the cheaper version. When I first used the siphon I immediately realized that it is very difficult to keep the thin walled silicone tubing from kinking. Buy the cheaper version and use the saved money to buy some 1/2" I.D. by 1/8" wall silicone tubing. The it will be perfect.

Not a good siphon. The stainless cane is great but the flimsy tubing does not support a consistent vacuum, making it hard to siphon due to collapse of the tube. I'll replace the tubing and I'm sure it will work great then.
