Heavy toast oak chips. Works well with the 180 proof we are making. Lends good color and mellows the shine. Does change the taste some so you cannot call you product moon shine any longer. Do not over toast your shine, chips can be re-used. DO NOT overdo.

heavy roast. I took a old jar of spiret i had did not like the tast bought some of these heavy roast ships to try in that jar wow in 2 days it taste so good i am inprest well be getting more i bought from you guys befor i wont bye anywere eles you guys are grait see you soon
