Hunter Schnapps Essence. This is a very good product. Like others, it is not quite Jagermeister. But, add a little a licorice flavor and a bit of glycerine and you're good to go.

close enough. All of my Jager drinking friends say "It's not exactly like Jager but they like it better, smoother and without the syrupy after taste.

so so results. I do not drink Jagermeister myself,, but my friends who do , found this too strong tasting. I let the stuff settle for almost a year, and they still don't like it. They say the there is no comparison to the real thing. Myself I think it tastes close enough that at a party of younger people drinking Jagerbombs they would never now the difference. Older long time drinkers of Jag will not be quite as impressed but will still drink it.

Hunters. this is a great drink , better than the German stuff ! take this to the bar ( BYOB) they liked this better , with out the cought syrup taste that sticks to your goosel and makes you sick if you drink to much ( we all know that feeling ! ) talking about red bull and Hunters !!! enjoy...

Hunter Schnapps. Everyone that has tried it at 36% has said that it tastes better than Jager. It does not have the usual throat cling. Great for those that used to enjoy the drink but left them with bad memories. Best if made and allowed to age one week in vacumn canister or 1 month in bottle. Took some to friends and they liked it more then the German stuff. By the way according to an NPR interview Jagermeister was made by chemists as a bottom shelf product in Germany. Through Advertising and Jagerette dancers it whent from a skid row bum drink of post WW2 to the fame of today. I still like it black liqorice and supposed deer blood and herbs. Ausgeseitnicht!
