How do I compare products?
When you scroll over a product, a red pop-up appears over the product. Click "Compare" on that red pop-up. Repeat for other products that you want to compare. Once you have selected a few products, scroll to the top of the webpage and click the word "Compare" at the VERY TOP of the page. See screenshots below.
Where's my wishlist?
After you are logged in, click Account at the top of the page, which takes you to your Orders. The submenu under the red heading Orders includes Messages, Addresses, Wish Lists, and more. See screenshot below.
Where is the shipping cost estimator?
After you have put a few items in your cart, click Cart at the top of the page, and then click View Cart. This lists all products in your cart along with your subtotal. In your cart, next to Shipping, click the link that says Add Info. Enter your city, state, and zip code; then click Estimate Shipping. See screenshots below.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Texas, which is the same state as our warehouse.
I paid with my credit card, so why does my order status still say "Awaiting Payment?"
Unlike other companies, who charge you when you place your order regardless of how long it will take to ship, we don't believe that you should pay for your order until it is all packed up and ready to go. Therefore, your credit card will be charged right before we ship your order.
How can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Log in and click the Account link at the top, right-hand side of every page to see a list of your orders.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
