Recent purchase. I have had past experience with pot-types and decided to purchase PSII HI-cap unit. First attempt yielded tops of 93% and across the board mix of 85%. PRO SERIES II. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST EXTRACTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED. VERY HIGH QUAILITY. I HAVE BEEN USING OTHER METHODS TO MAKE SPIRITS BUT THIS IS THE BEST. I HAVE BEEN GETTING 190 PROOF FROM IT. GREAT EXTRACTOR.

PS II High-Capacity. This unit is the best ever! It totally rocks! The welding is good, the quality is good -- everything about it is good. It's an absolute work of art. My wife bought me this unit for Christmas and today was my first run. I have never operated a still before and was able to produce a neutral spirit that is 90% abv. I have no doubt that on my second run that I will produce a neutral spirit registering 95% abv. This unit is very easy to operate and the manual that comes with it explains very well what to do and how to do it. I read the instructions, read through everything in the fourm and on Tony Aucland's site (www.homedistiller.org) and had no problems operating this still or understanding the principals in play when I was running it. I can express how pleased I am with my PS II High Capacity still.
