The most consistent equals the best yeast available. I've been using this yeast for years and it has never let me down. it is extremely consistent, and you don't have to give up high yields or quality end results to get a 2-1/2 day turn. I've used it for all rum washes and high sugar nectars, works great for all. Keep up the great work, TDH

turbo YeastHigh Spirits Rum . Just finished using this yeast . Has a nice banana flavor on the front end followed by a very light molasses flavor on the end. I highly recommend this yeast. You won't be disappointed.
