Works great and fast.... Just getting back into this hobby. Its been many years and yeasts have come a long way. I'm letting my wash sit and make etoh until all the sugar is consumed. I like this yeast!

Definitely works as advertised. Granted, I don't have a hydrometer, but I could tell by tasting that this had at least 10% abv in less than a 24 hour time span. This stuff ferments like mad! Like nothing I'd seen before. It actually generated some heat(my glass carboy felt warm)! It also doesn't take long to get started. Maybe 1 to 3 hours? It's ready to go! Only thing is this stuff can SMELL. I think if you're willing to be more patient, you can get away with using a lot less than what is recommended in the instructions and avoid most of the smell. I think even fermenting at lower than the recommended temperature helps with this too. I even use a tiny bit of this stuff to make quick brews and sodas.

As Always The Best Products. You will be very very happy if you buy either the 24 or 48 hour High Spirits yeast. Awesome stuff.

Powerful stuff!. In a few hours this yeast starts going crazy! High yield of pure distillate. Be sure to allow plenty of room for expansion in fermentation vessel or you may have a volcano (I did, oops!).
