High spirits turbo 48. Excellent product

True to it's name. This will do in 48hrs what I'm use to achieving in 5days

Great stuff. Turbo 24 and turbo 48 is great for wine also but is great for a speedy mash and it don't leave a bad after taste like some other products I have used

HIGH SPIRITS TURBO 48 TURBO YEAST. The only one I use now. Tried several in packets and bulk but none perform as well. Sure wish they could do something about shipping cost.

Happy Customer. I would like to say something most people don't take the time to say. Thank you for the suggestion on using High Spirits Turbo 48 here in a hot fermentation temperature range. I tried Still Spirits Heat Turbo before and your product way out performed. Right out the bag so to speak. Thanks for the instructions you gave also, it helped and the clear directions on the package. Normally experts who work with their products are normally the worst people to write directions, they know too much about it and leave important things out. You did not and thank you.

Turbp 48 and Vodka. Ran one to one comparison of Turbo 48 (High Spirits) and their more expensive competitor. Same amount of sugar, same fermenting conditions. Turbo had a slightly higher conversion ratio (17% final alcohol vs 15%). I distilled them separately and could not tell the difference (same percent hearts, and same final taste). High Spirits is half the price. It works for me.

Turbo 48 Yeast. Works as described. I don't have a 95 degree place to use this, so I set my fermenters on heating pads and wrap the whole thing in a sleeping bag. Usually done fermenting in 4 days.
