Amaretto Essence. Boy oh boy, when I ordered this (and the Peach Schnapps & Tia Maria ones) I was hoping the reviewers were correct. And they WERE!! While I always loved Amaretto it is currently not in my budget. WHO CARES? This stuff is great! I used 1 cup sugar, used a blender for mixing sugar into vodka as reveiwers suggested and then just followed directions. Almost all the sugar dissolved but by the next day the remaining bit of sugar had dissolved. And I wasn't patient enough to wait a week to taste. It was good immediately after mixing it up. It was better a couple of hours later. Even better when I "tested" it the following day. (now I'm going to leave another glowing report on the Peach Schnapps Essence). This is WAY more fun than a candy store. (oh, and for those who might say it isn't exactly the same - I say Close Enough! Yum!)

A tad too sweet but good . as mentioned above it's a tad too sweet for me, but very smooth mellow amaretto flavor. I mixed mine up just a little over a year ago, and it's still very smooth with excellent flavor. Will purchase again but will add less sugar

Amaretto Rocks!. This essence is great. It has been a huge success with everyone that has tried it. Very smoothЕeven at 112 proof. ItТs a little sweet when served neat (we may reduce the amount of sugar by about 1/4th on the next bottle). It does well when mixed with a carbonated mixer. Personally I like mixed with a shot of ginger ale over ice. You canТt go wrong with this essence!
