Prestige Peach Schnapps Essence
Peach Schnapps is a very flavorful Peach liqueur. While the instructions suggest sweetening with 200g of sugar, this essence makes a great liqueur also with 75-100g of sugar.

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 200g granulated sugar into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended. Note: It is easiest to dissolve the sugar in your alcohol by placing both in a blender on high for 2-3 minutes.

Teri SMay 8, 2018, 12:00 AMPeach Schnapps Essence. Forgot to say - This brand does not put high fructose corn syrup in their flavorings (other brands in this category do). I avoid corn syrup if at all possible, so I like Prestige essences.

MarkMay 11, 2013, 12:00 AMProof that it's good.. This is a very good strong flavoring. Lot's of poeple must like it too, because it's usually out of stock (including the bulk size.) Buy it now if it's available. Just like most of these flavorings, try less sugar first and then add more if you need to. This is especially true if you are going to be mixing with something sweet.
