Prestige Apricot & Brandy Essence
Apricot & Brandy is a pleasant blend of apricot and cognac style liquor. Drink as a liqueur or mixed in drinks.

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 120g granulated sugar into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended. Note: It is easiest to dissolve the sugar in your alcohol by placing both in a blender on high for 2-3 minutes.

FlyboyTRDec 15, 2009, 12:00 AMGreat Taste!. We tried this for the first time last week. I have to say that we were very surprised at how smooth the taste was. I have found that many of the essences that call for sugar are too sweet (for my palate). We reduced the sugar by 25% (you can always add more...but it's hard to remove it!) and decided that nothing else needed to be done. Last night I mixed a shot of Apricot Brandy with a shot of sippin' whiskey and the result was very good...smooth taste with an interesting aroma. I would have to recommend this essence.
