Mixed bag. The still itself is a five, no question. But the still to Sanke keg system is very hit and miss. I just spent a total of seven hours doing two runs that should have been two hours each. Sometimes the O-ring works great, but sometimes it doesn’t. The one that came with the kit worked fairly well, but it eventually gave way as O-rings tend to do. Got a pack of two inch O-rings to replace. Ended up going to three different stores even though, of course, they should all be the same. Something about the store bought ones just make getting a good seal very difficult. I have had to take lots of time stretching them to fit. Turn the heat on, vapor leaks. Try again. And so on. Sometimes for up to an hour. Always ends up working but it should not take this long. I gave in and bought their milk can because I’m tired of messing with it, maybe that’s what they wanted all along.
Reply from Brewhaus: The O-ring for tri-clamp ferrules is a special size, hence the issue in finding something suitable at a building supply store. This is not something of our doing, but the spec on an industry-standard fitting.

I have had one for a few years. It is a fine unit and definitely excellent value. If you are getting steam from the liebig its not the unit, It's definitely you runnung too hot.

nice looking but........ im running it for the first time and i haqve only one complant the condencer is way to short loosing steem where i should be getting strate product not running to hot but still the fule to product is to high and i may go back to my home made unit with the worm till i can order a nother with the 18 inch condencer i hope im not putting good money where it dont belong keep in mind my worn is 20 feet of coild up copper................ part two of the review im happy with the proof and amount overall but still not happy with the condencer putting out steem needs to be longer but i think ill stick with it and give it a nother star

High Quality. This little Column is made of quality materials and constructed with quality workmanship. Well worth the money!

Great Item. I bought this becuase I have my own Sanke Beer Keg and it fit perfectly and works great
