Prestige Absinthe Pro TF Essence- Orange
Absinthe Orange is a classic Absinthe where orange flavor and orange oil are added to add fruitiness to the herbs. The color is "orange", and the Absinthe louches very easily because there is orange oil in addition to the oils from wormwood, aniseed, fennel and star aniseed.
Our Absinthe Pro TF series, when combined with our Wormwood Schnapps / Besk essence, is the pinnacle of Absinthe making. Over 20 different herbs are used to produce the Absinthe Pro TF essence, resulting in a liquor that will rival the traditional Absinthe of long ago. Instructions: Dissolve 75g of sugar in 2 cups of alcohol (70% abv preferred). Add both essences, and fill to a total 750ml with alcohol.
20ml Bottle
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 75g granulated sugar into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with 140 proof vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended. Note: It is easiest to dissolve the sugar in your alcohol by placing both in a blender on high for 2-3 minutes.

Valde Spurcus BestiaMar 31, 2010, 12:00 AMOH YEAH BABY!. I love the Absinthe 55 Pro but the orange bumps it to a close second. The orange is slightly less intense in the traditional absinthe flavour but wonderfully balanced by the orange oil flavours. It has a lovely satisfying aniseed final note. Please! Try with out the sugar first Ц it is brilliant!!

AndrewApr 11, 2009, 12:00 AMno sugar? can it be so?. This "Orange" version of absinthe is a welcome addition to the world of absinthe essences. The mix does not call for sugar, odd to be sure, however the result is much more citrus than herbal with definate absinthe flavors melting around in a glass. Either mix with water and a sugar cube, or shake over ice this one is sure to be an entery into the wide spectrum of absinthe for the adventurer .
