    Clean fragrant essence. Proofed down 190 to 125 carbon scrubbed neutral spirit, added this essence to 675ml, and added one oz of glycerin. Aged one week, and produced a nice clean, very fragrant spirit. Very happy with the outcome, and a perfect drink for those who like some flavor and not a lot of heat. I would have given a 5 star rating, but have nothing to compare
    it to.
