I like this product. I used it to make a low proof, sugar-free liqueur in an 8 oz stoppered bottle (it will only make two of them, as you need to use more essence for a liqueur that is mostly distilled water). The first aroma is of artificial banana, but don't let that put you off. The final color of the liqueur is a clear bright yellow, which is correct. I then used it in a tropical cocktail, and thought it was super in the cocktail and did not taste artificial. Another door to the tropics has opened due to having my own Crème de bananes. The invertose and glycerin used in the essence have nearly no calories. I think it's neat you can print your own labels here. I didn't notice that, so I made my own.
