Featuring an atmospheric liquid-filled heating jacket, multiple sanitary tri-clamp connections, and heavy-duty stainless steel construction throughout, this boiler is built for years of reliable service.
Efficient Jacketed Heating
Unlike direct-fired boilers, the liquid-filled heating jacket distributes heat evenly around the kettle, reducing hot spots and improving temperature control. The jacket can be filled with water, glycol, heat transfer oil, or other suitable heat transfer fluids depending on your application.
Three 2″ tri-clamp heating element ports allow multiple electric heating elements to be installed for fast heat-up and excellent heating capacity. The atmospheric jacket design includes an external sight glass for monitoring the liquid level, a dedicated fill port with stainless steel funnel, and a vent to prevent pressure or vacuum from developing as the heat transfer fluid expands and contracts during operation.
Built for Modular Distillation Systems
The boiler is equipped with a large 6″ tri-clamp ferrule on top for connecting modular distillation columns, making it suitable for pot still, plated column, or packed column configurations. An additional 4″ tri-clamp ferrule provides a convenient mounting point for an agitator, while four 1.5″ tri-clamp accessory ports allow installation of thermometers, CIP equipment, pressure gauges, sampling ports, or other accessories.
Easy Cleaning & Maintenance
A large 10″ sanitary manway provides excellent access to the interior of the kettle for cleaning and maintenance. The smooth polished stainless steel interior is easy to sanitize and designed for years of dependable operation.
Once your run is complete, the large 4″ tri-clamp bottom drain allows the boiler to empty quickly while simplifying cleanup between batches.

Shipping Policy
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most order ship within 1-2 business days. While our system tries to obtain the most accurate shipping rates possible from UPS and USPS, due to the size and weight of many of our items, it is necessary for us to obtain shipping rates once your order is packed, especially in the case of shipments that are too large for UPS and USPS. In these cases we will obtain the shipping rates and confirm this with you for approval prior to shipping.
In cases where accurate shipping rates cannot be obtained due the the size or weight of your order, we will need to adjust the shipping rate, and will obtain approval from you before completing your order. This may cause a delay in shipping of your order.
Refund Policy
Should you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order. Note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase, and the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same form of payment used to pay for the goods. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. The customer must pay the cost of shipping to return the goods unless the return is a result of an incorrect item being received. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to the order being packed. Once your order has been packed it can be cancelled prior to shipping, but will incur a 10% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned according to our return / refund policy.
