Shipping Policy
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Â Most order ship within 1-2 business days. Â While our system tries to obtain the most accurate shipping rates possible from UPS and USPS, due to the size and weight of many of our items, it is necessary for us to obtain shipping rates once your order is packed, especially in the case of shipments that are too large for UPS and USPS. Â In these cases we will obtain the shipping rates and confirm this with you for approval prior to shipping.
In cases where accurate shipping rates cannot be obtained due the the size or weight of your order, we will need to adjust the shipping rate, and will obtain approval from you before completing your order. Â This may cause a delay in shipping of your order.
Refund Policy
Should you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order. Note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase, and the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same form of payment used to pay for the goods. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Â The customer must pay the cost of shipping to return the goods unless the return is a result of an incorrect item being received. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to the order being packed. Â Once your order has been packed it can be cancelled prior to shipping, but will incur a 10% restocking fee. Â Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but may be returned according to our return / refund policy.
