High Spirits Fruit & Schnapps Pot Distilling Turbo Yeast is a high flavor and aroma yielding yeast strain combined with a special formulation of micro and macro nutrients, vitamins, and minerals deficient in most fruit washes. The result is a fast, complete fermentation with a strong flavor profile, ideal for schnapps and other pot distilled spirits. - 67g sachet (2.36 oz)
- Each sachet yields 6.6 US Gallons (25L)
- Urea Free
Guidelines for Use:
- Specially formulated for fruit fermentation to 18%.
- For direct pitching only. Never re-hydrate turbo yeast in less than the full volume of liquid as it can kill the yeast.
Directions:
1. Add directly to mash below 95F (35C).
2. Ferment between 45F and 95F (7C to 35C).
Ingredients: Specially Selected Yeast, Yeast Nutrients (Ammonium Phosphate (Dibasic), Magnesium Sulfate), Trace Vitamins and Minerals
