Prestige Chocolate Liqueur Essence
Chocolate Liqueur is a sweet, chocolate drink. Enjoy as a liqueur or mixed in drinks.
20ml Bottle
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 280g granulated sugar into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended. Note: It is easiest to dissolve the sugar in your alcohol by placing both in a blender on high for 2-3 minutes.

MarkOct 30, 2015, 12:00 AMFavorite Chocolate. This is my wife's favorite chocolate essence. I soak a shot glass of cocoa nibs in a liter of homemade 90 proof for a month or so. I then split in half and add water to make 2 liters of 45 proof. Add this 20ml of essence and 1/2 cup of sugar to each new liter. Tastes like Tootsie Roll. Serve on ice, or neat.
