Prestige Whisky Yeast with AG
Whisky Yeast with AG is a real distillery whisky yeast with Amyloglucosidase, and is used in some of the finest whisky distilleries in the world. Whisky Yeast contains no nutrients, and is intended for grain mash fermentation.
Ian Smiley, author of the book Making Pure Corn Whiskey, tested the yeast and says it's the best whiskey yeast he ever tried, and that it adds great value to the taste. This yeast is absolutely essential in the making of top quality whisky without the use of essences.

robert garringerJan 8, 2020, 12:00 AMGood yeast.. It is a reall good yeast .It fermented alot faster than i expected. I got 11 percent out of my normal grain bill. Which is cracked corn distillers barley and a little rye.In the still i run my stuff pretty slow but but with useing this yeast it seemed to like it just a little slower than my nornal pace. It is a clean performer. But the price is the only reason i would not give five stars.

Joseph C SandersDec 11, 2019, 12:00 AMPrestige WD Yeast. I added this yeast to a corn mash and it digested the sugar completely in 3 days at 75 oF. The yeast adds to the distinctive taste of the corn.

scott boydNov 23, 2019, 12:00 AMWhiskey yeast. Bought this yeast for a corn meal, barley, and sugar mash. It’s super easy to use, just wait until the mash is cooled below 80 (mine was 83), sprinkle on top, wait fifteen minutes and shake the fermenter around a little to mix it in. Bubbles started in the airlock about 6 hours later. This one starts off with a sweet smell that turns awful after a few days. It behaves and won’t blow the fermenter. No messes. It’s on day three it’s just bubbling away calmly. Hoping for a good run when it finishes.
