For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
20 °L РBriess Malting -  A medium Belgian Crystal malt that provides a slight toasty flavor and residual caramel sweetness. Caramel Vienne (also known as Caravienne) is commonly used by Belgian breweries in producing Abbey or Trappist style ales. Caravienne and Caramunich have a different flavor contribution than the Crystal malts listed above. Some describe the flavor as slightly toffeeish.
