Shipping. I paid for 2-3 days shipping. Took them 4 days to send order another 5 days shipping. I asked for a refund and received no response. I suppose they are getting the refund for package not arriving on time. They made a additional 12.00 of my money
Reply from Brewhaus: I am sorry for the delay in shipping. With COVID we are very short staffed so order shipping is delayed. USPS, FedEx and UPS are also not honoring delivery guarantees due to the pandemic, so we are not able to make claims for late delivery.
