This gin basket is a larger capacity (5.1L), allowing for more material, and will be suspended above the boiling liquid, making it an excellent option for more delicate botanicals. It is removable for easier loading and cleaning, and to avoid getting in the way when not in use. the basket attaches with a simple hood-and-loop system.
Note: Lid not included. This must be purchased with a new lid, at the time of your kettle order, or your lid will need to be send to us, as it requires hooks to be welded onto the kettle lid.
