DADY is a high alcohol tolerant strain of yeast that is used for the production of ethanol. It is not a turbo yeast, and contains no nutrients.
How much you use depends on your recipe, but a general guideline is to use about 10 – 20 grams per 5 gallons of wash.

DADY. Just made a corn mash, worked great. 2 tbsp nutrient and 1 tbsp dady in 20 litres. 3 days and almost finished ferment.
