Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on the product type, availability, or order volume.
Vendors are not responsible for delays caused by events outside their control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, weather, or force majeure).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Vendors may use third-party shipping carriers of their choice.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any additional charges such as customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Vendors are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Vendors reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
Buyers may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the issue was caused by vendor error.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Vendors are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without tracking.
