Peach Schnapps is a very flavorful Peach liqueur. While the instructions suggest sweetening with 200g of sugar, this essence makes a great liqueur also with 75-100g of sugar.

Instructions: Pour 20ml essence and 200g granulated sugar into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended. Note: It is easiest to dissolve the sugar in your alcohol by placing both in a blender on high for 2-3 minutes.

AWESOME!!!!. If you don't like sweet, no problem, skip the sugar and just use the vodka. It works great with 70 to 90 proof ( I haven't tried anything higher, yet). I add about 10-20% more than called for and serve chilled. The ladies and gents love it,!!!.
