Mississippi Essence. This is a wonderful Southern Whiskey, and no where as sweet a Southern Comfort. I really like this one, and so do a lot of my TX’s friends.

Old man river. The mississippi Essence is much better than the real Southern Comfort. It is much smoother and better tasting.

Southern Comfort. Very good. Tastes and looks like the real thing

Great!. Have turned out several bottles with great feed back. Is good as a sipping liqueur or mixed with something like "Mountain Dew". My friends have even given the mix a special name. Good buy.

The best everyday sippin’ whiskey. Whenever I’m doing a "tasting" of homebrew stuff for friends, there are a couple that always get the most attention — this one and the Icecap Vodka. It’s nothing complex or pretentious. It’s just a great flavor that works by itself or mixed with whatever soda pop is handy.

Very Good. After a good wash with Turbo 48, carbon filtering and mixing, this was a great product. It’s cleaner than SC without the "syrupy" mouthfeel. Nice flavor!

Great. Much better than Southern Comfort, really like the taste.

Prestige Mississippi. This essence tasted great without adding any sugar. Can’t wait to see how this one ages in the barrel.

Mississippi essence . I mix as directed with a little less sugar, then add a squirt of lemon and lime. Better than southern comfort
