Pure Distilling Barrel Chunks are cut from genuine, freshly emptied barrels sourced from distilleries around the world. After their time ageing commercial spirits, these barrels are repurposed into chunks ideal for home use.
Our Tasmanian Whisky chunks are cut from barrels that have held genuine Tasmanian Whisky, producing a unique profile of sweet malt and light smoke. The palate is smooth and full, layered with caramel, spice and oak.
