For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
Weyermann® CARABOHEMIAN® is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row German barley which delivers intensified caramel aromas, along with notes of bread, caramel and toffee flavors.  CARABOHEMIAN® malt also contributes to the fuller bodied beer.  Perfect for all Bohemian style lagers and specialty beers, as well as for styles such as Porters, Stouts and other large styles such as Festbier, Märzen, and Bock beers where a fuller body and mouthfeel is desired.
