The Hobby Distillers Association is an organization advocating for legalization of home hobby distilling in the Unites States. Formed in 2014, the HDA has succeeded in creating a path to distill legally in your home, but our work has just begun. With only a handful of states allowing distilling at home for personal use, the Association’s goal is to work toward full legalization both at the federal and state levels so that all can enjoy this hobby safely and without fear of prosecution.
