Dill Aquavit is a lightly spiced schnapps, with the fresh clean flavor of dill and caraway. Good with fish meals and a hit at the crayfish table.

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle into a 750ml (US 25 fl. oz.) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka. Shake bottle to mix, then fill up bottle with vodka & shake until contents are fully blended.

Teri SSep 29, 2018, 12:00 AMZero Dill Flavor. I love dill so I was eager to try this Dill Aquavit. I tried some when I first made it up and could not detect any dill flavor (or caraway or any flavor). I waited a day hoping a dill flavor would miraculously develop, and still no dill or other flavor. On the 4th or 5th day when there was still no flavor, I just used it as regular plain vodka to make mixed drinks. Save your money (some of the other aquavits are pretty good and some OK, with being put in the freezer really improving the flavors).
