Our US Made 2″ Flute Distillation Column uses individual sections to allow for the greatest degree of versatility as part of a moonshine still. Run as few or as many sections as you need depending on what you are producing, the power of heat source, etc.

What makes Brewhaus’ flute distillation columns special is their modular design. The entire column comes apart for super easy cleaning, so you don’t have to try to maneuver a bottle brush up a column that’s longer than your arm. Another benefit of the modular design is that you can add a modular gin basket when needed and remove it when it’s unnecessary. This is our most flexible and powerful distillation column yet.  If you decide later to increase the number of sections you can purchase add-on sections separately.

Brewhaus’ 4-section Flute Distillation System uses our 4-section column (2″ in diameter) and upgraded stainless steel bubble plates in place of copper plates.  The stainless steel plates are much easier to keep clean than copper plates, and are more versatile, as they are inert and therefore able to be used even when you distill something that should not come into contact with copper.  To put copper into the system for those distillations that benefit from copper we include a Neutralizing Chamber filled with copper spirals.

We believe that when you purchase a complete distiller it should be truly complete, so we also include our 8 gallon premium kettle, hose package, submersible pump, and flute system water control system.  Just select your method of heating, add your liquid, and you are ready to go!
