- Packaged all together unmilled
- Packaged all together milled
- Packaged separately unmilled
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
2.3 °L РBriess Malting РUse as part or all of base malt in wheat beers. Runs efficiently through the brewhouse with slightly higher protein than White Wheat Malt. Often used in Hefeweizen and other traditional wheat styles due to a distinctive, characteristic creamy, sweet, wheat flour flavor. Improves head and foam retention in any beer style.
