not worth the money. Not worth $9.95 or the $3.00 upgrade in a kit. Very, very cheap and terribly inaccurate. You can do a better job of gauging your temperature by watching for a steady output of 2-3 drops per second. Go to Amazon and by a proper remote probe thermometer. Forget this junker.

terribly inaccurate. Bought this with the understanding it was accurate to w/in 1 degree. Imagine my surprise when I discovered water at sea level boils at 220.8*F.

Not very accurate. Boiled water at 223 degrees It read 183 degrees when I was actually at 175 on two other thermometers. Like the other reviewers said, go to Amazon and do better if looking for a digital thermo.

Way off. Very inaccurate, this read the water boiled at 104.1C. I agree with the other reviewers, very poor quality thermometer. And over this, it is annoying having to always turn it back on every 10 minutes or so since there’s an auto-shutoff on it.

Not up to Brewhaus standards.. I recommend you discontinue this item. It is not up to your high standards.

Way off!. Cheap, cheap, cheap…according to this Thermometer water boils at 219F at sea level! I chose the up grade and now know that I shouldn’t have wasted my $. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all other purchases from Brewhaus with this one exception. Don’t purchase this thermometer!

Not a Primary Thermo. I use this in conjunction with another thermometer at the head of my column. Definitely not a precision instrument, but it saves batteries on my probe thermometer for when the mash is warming up.

Digital thermometer. Poor quality inaccurate and shuts off to soon

Very good. Working very well. It’s great for a quick check. Not much difference in reading with my lab grade.thermometer
Tim –
Digital Thermometer. Total junk. On / Off switch never worked and would only read in centigrade.
Tom –
Digital Thermometer. I broke my old one. I just bought a replacement and a spare. Spare stuck on C–no F. Not a huge problem.
