Our Distiller's Malt is a highly modified, high alpha amylase enzyme malt that is specifically geared to use in distillation. It is excellent for use in mashes with a higher adjunct content, and where higher original specific gravity is desired.

This malt is highly modified, clean tasting, and moderate in total protein. It has a high alpha amylase level (>90).
