- Packaged all together unmilled
- Packaged all together milled
- Packaged separately unmilled
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
Weyermann® Rye malt is made from high-quality German rye to exhibit classic rye malt characteristics. It lends a biscuit-like flavor, smooth Рalmost oily Рcomponent, and malty-sweet aromas with hints of bread and honey. A great choice for rye beer styles or to spice up almost any brew.
