- Packaged all together unmilled
- Packaged all together milled
- Packaged separately unmilled
For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.
Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.
407 °L РBriess Malting РBriess Midnight Wheat Malt will contribute the same color characteristics as most other Black Malts but without the bitter, astringent, dry flavors or aftertaste. Starts slightly sweet, with hints of roasted flavor while finishing out exceptionally clean. Excellent in Black IPAs, Schwarzbiers, other dark ales and lagers.

Exchanges
